Clinical Study Operations Manager

Position: Clinical Study Operations Manager I
Lead regional study activities as a Study Operations Manager I with eb. Oversee trials from startup through closure, managing local teams and ensuring compliance throughout the process.

As part of eb, the Study Operations Manager I is responsible for managing clinical studies of limited complexity. You will support Global Study Managers and lead local teams, driving critical study components, managing timelines, quality, and delivering effective solutions. This role is essential for guiding study startup and executing country-level plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of study startup processes

• Oversee local teams and liaise with stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards

• Analyze risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Coordinate vendor management and oversight

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years clinical trial experience

• Strong project management and leadership skills

• Expertise in study dashboards and reporting tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Fluent in English with strong analytical abilities
