Director of Continuing Care

As a Director of Long-term Care or Home and Community Care, you will report to the Executive Director and lead initiatives to drive sector performance and improve client care. This leadership role calls for strategic insight, operational management, and a close relationship with various stakeholders to navigate the complexities of the continuing care system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for Continuing Care services

• Maintain a deep understanding of sector performance issues

• Advise leadership on policy, investment, and operational risks

• Lead implementation of system improvements and policies

• Foster partnerships with service providers and health system partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

• Several years of progressive leadership experience

• Master’s Degree or background in Nursing is an asset

• Proven ability to influence decision-making processes

• Strong judgment and communication skills
