Manager of Compliance at OSD

Drive impactful change as the Manager of Licensing and Compliance with the Department of Opportunities and Social Development in Halifax. Lead a dedicated team to enhance service delivery and support vulnerable Nova Scotians.

In this permanent role, you will oversee the Compliance and Licensing functions within the Strategy & Innovation Division  seek a proactive leader to develop the Licensing team and drive initiatives across Appeals, Protection for Persons in Care, and Investigations. Your leadership will play a crucial role in defining how we support Nova Scotians in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operational planning and delivery of Licensing functions

• Lead Compliance and Licensing teams to achieve objectives
