In this dynamic position, you will manage sustainment projects specifically for the Victoria Class Submarines. You are expected to leverage your project management expertise from similar sectors while leading teams to achieve project deliverables within budget and on time. Your proactive approach to risk management and reporting will be vital for project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee projects for submarine fleet sustainment
• Lead planning, execution, and close-out phases
• Coordinate with stakeholders and track project milestones
• Maintain project compliance with standards and procedures
• Develop strong relationships with team members and subcontractors
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years managing projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
• Relevant technical experience in the Naval sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
