With additional communities under construction, including over 100 units opening in the next year, and a substantial pipeline of future projects, the portfolio is expected to continue growing significantly over the coming years.

Known for delivering high-quality rental communities, strong tenant experiences, and long-term investment performance, PGD has established itself as a market leader in creating Class A rental housing throughout the Valley.
