Reporting to the Deicing Operations Manager, you will ensure safe and efficient aircraft de-icing while cultivating a positive work environment. Your leadership will guide Aircraft Deicers in achieving operational success and maintaining safety standards throughout the season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and support Aircraft Deicers in daily operations
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Operate de-icing equipment near aircraft and personnel
• Document operational performance and incidents
• Foster team collaboration and effective communication
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Supervisory experience considered an asset
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks in challenging weather conditions
