Key Responsibilities:
• Implement major gifts program aligned with goals
• Maintain relationships with major donors
• Prepare customized proposals and engagement materials
• Support fundraising strategy discussions
• Ensure accurate donor record management
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in fundraising or donor relations
• Ability to inspire philanthropic investment
• Experience in nonprofit sector preferred
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Valid Criminal Record Check mandatory
