Step into a vital role as the Coordinator of Procurement & Partnerships with the Daily Bread Outreach Ministry at Saint Mary’s Cathedral in Downtown Halifax. This part-time position is dedicated to managing food supplies and training volunteers in outreach efforts.

As a community-minded individual, you will oversee procurement strategies and foster relationships with partners to ensure a steady supply of essential resources.

Your role will also include preparing volunteers with the necessary training to work efficiently and respectfully with the community. Together, we aim to uphold dignity for all individuals served.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement of outreach supplies and food

• Act as liaison between the ministry and community partners

• Prepare reports on inventory and budget usage

• Support volunteers in outreach operations

• Ensure compliance with safety and handling standards
