We invite you to volunteer with us at this year’s Super Walk!

Super Walk is Parkinson’s largest annual fundraiser, raising vital funds for support, advocacy, and research for people living with and impacted by Parkinson’s.

As a Super Walk Event Day Volunteer, you will work alongside a local Volunteer Event Coordinator and/or Committee. You will play an important part in ensuring a successful event and raising the profile of Parkinson’s in your community.

• Event set-up/take-down
• Registration
• Greeters
• Food services
• Entertainment support
• Checkpoint stations
• Cheering on Super Walkers!

The Halifax Parkinson Canada Super Walk is scheduled for Saturday, September 12, 2026, with activities taking place between 10:00am and 12:30pm. The time commitment for this opportunity varies according Super Walk activities and your availability. Volunteers will be contacted closer to the event to confirm their shift time, role, and event details.

Super Walk is an excellent group or team volunteer opportunity, so please share this opportunity with your friends, family, and colleagues and volunteer together!

Volunteers must be at least 12 years old to volunteer without a parent or guardian for this event. If an adult would like to register a youth aged 11 or younger to volunteer with them, please connect with Volunteer Engagement at  for assistance.
