Culinary Assistant with Room and Board

Join our team as a Culinary Assistant, where you receive room and board while working in a dynamic kitchen environment. This role covers food preparation, cleaning tasks, and customer interaction.

As a Culinary Assistant, you will help bring efficiency to food services while ensuring high cleanliness standards in the kitchen. You'll operate dishwashers, portion and wrap food, and assist in serving customers. Your work will also involve sanitizing kitchen surfaces and managing supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package take-out food and maintain inventory

• Scour pots and pans, ensuring cleanliness

• Serve customers at buffet tables and counters

• Clean and sanitize equipment and storage areas

• Handle and safely store cleaning products

Requirements:

• Must possess a Food Safety Certificate

• Capability to lift heavy items weighing up to 23 kg

• Criminal record check is required

• Own transportation is necessary

• Must multitask efficiently in a busy kitchen
