Responsibilities
Event Servers will be responsible for setting up meal and meeting rooms according to event requirements, serving meals, beverages, and snacks, and delivering coffee and tea to meeting spaces. The role requires carrying trays weighing approximately 30 pounds at shoulder level while maintaining a friendly, positive, and professional attitude at all times. Servers will also be responsible for scanning tickets, seating guests, dismantling and resetting meeting rooms—including tables, chairs, and dishware—and performing general cleaning and tidying of catering areas to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all events.
Requirements
Candidates must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds at shoulder height. A verified clear criminal background check and a valid Serve Rite certificate are required. All servers are expected to adhere to a full all-black dress uniform, including full-length black dress pants, a black button-down collared shirt, and all-black closed-toe shoes, with anti-slip shoes considered an asset.

Staff will receive training on proper safety procedures, including safe cleanup of spills and correct lifting techniques, to ensure a safe and professional work environment at all times.
