Commission Based Compensation: With the ability to earn $,+ annually

** For up to your first year, we guarantee a minimum income of $.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

Your Path to Success:

Create authentic connections with Guests, in the showroom and through digital, phone, and virtual conversations

Learn the Hyundai lineup and help match each Guest with the vehicle that fits their life, needs, and budget

Guide people through their vehicle journey, from first question to delivery day

Deliver a thoughtful, informative, and pressure free buying experience

Work closely with a high performing Sales and Finance team who are invested in your success

Follow up, stay organized, and build long term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business

Skills that Drive Success:

A natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly

Confidence communicating in person, online, and over the phone

A client first mindset, you care about the experience as much as the outcome

Some sales or customer facing experience from any industry, retail, hospitality, real estate, telecom, or beyond

A desire to learn, grow, and step into something new

Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations at once

A valid driver’s license
