Halifax, NS — with travel to Moncton and St John's once per month

We are looking for a motivated Account Representative – Field Sales to join the Atlantic Canada Sales team. This is a high-autonomy, field-based role focused on driving revenue and building customer relationships for a world-recognized brand. You will work with excellent leaders, who will help to coach and mentor you to be a high-achieving sales and relationship builder. This role will be 4 days on the road, and one in the office or home toplete sales admin per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio across the Maritime provinces.
- Conduct frequent in-person client visits (4 days/week).
- Prospect and secure new business.
- Present and negotiate logistics solutions.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and customer profiles.
- Meet revenue and new business targets.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2–4 years of sales experience.
- Strongmunication and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
- Logistics or transportation industry experience.
- Outside sales experience.
- Base salary: $60K +mission — On target earnings if hitting all targets: $130,000 — $140,000
- Car allowance, phone, laptop and gas.

Territory & Travel
- Field sales across Nova Scotia, PEI, New Brunswick and Newfoundland.
- Monthly travel to Moncton, NB & St. John’s, NL
