In this role you will deliver exceptional service to customers with new/used ag & turf sales, & work towards becoming a Territory Manager.

• Sales of new/used machinery (Lawn & Garden, Compact Tractors etc.) to walk-in customers
• Participate in sales activities (cold calling, follow ups, quotes etc)
• Assist Territory Managers with paperwork & inventory processes
• Maintain product/finance knowledge of all equipment, parts, services available
• Displays & merchandising of equipment
• Equipment demos & promos
• Participate in training to develop skills & knowledge

• Exceptional customer & communication skills
• 1+ yrs of retail sales experience
• Knowledge of ag/turf equipment & farming practices preferred
• Ability to use computer systems & internet functions
• Independent travel, valid drivers licence
• Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, weekends & holidays
• Ability to analyze/interpret basic reports
• High School Diploma/equivalent work experience
