Cold Call Sales Representative – Real Estate Lead Gen

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (No Base Salary / No Hourly)

Target OTE: $80,000 – $150,000+ (Uncapped)

This is a 100% performance-based position. There is no base salary. This role is designed for elite "hunters" who prefer the uncapped upside of high-ticket commissions over the limitations of a salary.

The Mission:
Disrupting Real Estate Marketing

At Brick By Brick  Productions, we help top-tier real estate agents escape the "Cold Calling Hamster Wheel" by building them a high-authority You Tube Pipeline. Ironically, we use aggressive outbound cold calling to find these agents and show them a better way. We provide the leads; you provide the grit to close them.

Key Responsibilities:

The Daily Execution

High-Volume Cold Calling:
Execute 80–100+ outbound touches per day via our GHL dialer.

Lead Management (Leads Provided):
We provide the lead lists and the warm inbound traffic. You are responsible for calling, qualifying, and closing.

GHL Mastery:
You will live in Go High Level  (GHL). You must be able to manage pipelines, move opportunities, and handle automated follow-ups with zero errors.

The Close:
Take prospects from "Who is this?" to "Sign me up" by explaining the ROI of You Tube organic growth over expensive, "rented" Zillow leads.

What You Bring (Requirements)

2+ Years of Sales

Experience:

A documented history of hitting targets in a high-pressure, high-activity sales environment.

Cold Call Resilience:
You view "No" as just another step toward a "Yes." You can handle high rejection rates without losing your edge.

Go High Level  (GHL) Proficiency:
You must be fluent in GHL. We need you to hit the ground running on day one.

Self-Driven Discipline:
Since this is a remote, commission-only role, your paycheck depends entirely on your discipline and output.

100% Commission:
Uncapped earnings. You get paid for your production.

High-Ticket Payouts:
Our packages are high-value ($2k–$5k+). Your commissions reflect that.

Provided Infrastructure:
We provide GHL, lead automation, and fresh lead lists so you can focus 100% on closing.
