In this high-impact role, you will own the outbound prospecting process while collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing to convert prospects into valuable leads. You will engage with senior stakeholders to identify their sales performance challenges and present Varicent's innovative solutions to address them.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting into large organizations
• Initiate conversations with decision-makers about SPM
• Analyze accounts to understand pain points and opportunities
• Design personalized outreach strategies using AI insights
• Keep detailed notes in Salesforce and engagement tools
Requirements:
• 1–2 years in BDR/SDR or SaaS sales roles
• Expertise in Salesforce and digital outreach tools
• Success in meeting outbound meeting-booking goals
• Excellent communication and personalization skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven setting
