Position: Bilingual Sales Professional French Speaking  Regional Municipality

Visionet is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Sales Professional to support and execute Visionet’s sales strategy across the Canadian market. This is a contract role where the selected candidate will work on a Time & Material (T&M;) basis, engaging with prospective and existing clients to drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand Visionet’s presence in Canada.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English and possess strong experience in IT sales, business development, account management, or client engagement. Experience selling ERP solutions or enterprise technology services will be considered a robust advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute Visionet’s sales and business development strategy across Canadian accounts and prospects.
  • Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories or industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions in both English and French.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, delivery, and leadership teams to position Visionet services and solutions effectively.
  • Support lead generation, pipeline development, proposal coordination, and contract discussions.
  • Drive client engagement activities to expand existing accounts and generate recent revenue opportunities.
  • Represent Visionet professionally in client interactions, networking events, and industry engagements.
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management roles.
  • Robust communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and managing sales cycles.
  • Ability to work independently in a contract-based engagement model.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape and client engagement practices.
  • Prior experience in IT services sales or technology consulting sales.
  • Experience selling or supporting ERP solutions or Enterprise technology services (nice to have).
