Business Development Representative; Entry-Level Regional Municipality

Centi Mark Ltd. is actively hiring an entry-level Business Development Representative in Halifax, NS. The Business Development Representative will help support the regional sales team in growing our roofing services throughout the Maritime Provinces.

The starting wage is $20 per hour. This is a full‑time position, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week). The role has the potential to develop into a full salary and Estimator position, providing a multi‑level career path.

• Data entry, business‑to‑business cold calling, and use of our proven marketing system to generate opportunities for the sales staff.
• Market to targeted accounts and collaborate with the branch sales team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

• Knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing is an asset.
• Positive work ethics and strong self‑motivation.
• Comfortable making 20–30 calls per day.
• Ability to work both within a team environment and independently.
• Past sales or marketing experience is an asset.
• Well‑organized with solid time‑management skills.
• Strong communication, writing, relationship‑building, and follow‑up skills.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
