Key Responsibilities:
• Maximize revenue from construction and facility sites
• Develop relationships with customers and their subsidiaries
• Prospect new accounts and re-engage dormant customers
• Collaborate with divisions for cross-selling opportunities
• Prepare and present tailored sales action plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Three years of sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Planning and negotiation skills are essential
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
