This high-impact position is essential for enhancing Fable's connectivity within major accounts. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success and Sales to execute expansion strategies while engaging with diverse stakeholders across different business functions. This role requires complex deal management and the ability to drive measurable outcomes in accessibility initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead account expansion and cross-selling strategies
• Develop growth opportunities in new markets and business units
• Execute high-caliber discovery conversations for use cases
• Partner with Customer Success on client adoption and timing
• Cultivate multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management focused on growth
• Proven ability in expanding enterprise accounts and exceeding targets
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong skills in value-based selling and discovery
• Proficiency in modern sales tools and data insights
