We are seeking a  Sales Assistant  to join our dynamic team in Halifax. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales operations, building client relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to final enrollment. Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with client communications, scheduling, and account management.

Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations to support business development.

Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients to maintain engagement and encourage conversions.

Manage customer records and maintain accurate data within CRM systems.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client service and program delivery.

Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth and partnership.

Qualifications
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or client relations.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated and eager to learn within a collaborative team environment.
