This role supports the Event Technology team by promoting events under $5K in revenue. As a Sales Coordinator, you'll handle client meetings, sales order entries, and provide follow-ups, using ENCORE tools to enhance client relationships and revenue generation. Your expertise will be key to managing opportunities and ensuring smooth processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly promote smaller events like BEO bookings
• Maximize revenue while adhering to profit guidelines
• Attend client meetings and respond to concerns
• Successfully close business commitments with clients
• Ensure accurate CRM updates for all transactions
Requirements:
• High School diploma required; BS/BA preferred
• 1+ years in sales, hospitality, or event planning
• Solid technical aptitude with software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in customer service and client engagement
