Outside Field Sales Representative (Small Business Solutions)

What you’ll do:- Drive new business growth by selling ADP’s cloud‑based HCM solutions (payroll, HR, tax, benefits) to small businesses (1–49 employees) through field and virtual sales.
- Prospect, engage, and close deals using a consultative B2B sales approach, working with business owners and HR, payroll, and finance decision makers.
- Develop new clients, expand existing accounts, and achieve defined sales and activity targets.
- Partner closely with banking partners, nurture referral relationships, and convert partner leads into new business.

- Modern Selling Skills – Combine sales technology and AI driven tools and data insights to drive pipelines and revenue.
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma required
* Quebec candidates:
While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP’s headquarters and international sites.
- Prior quota‑carrying experience and ability to build a network
- B2B field sales experience
- Running a full sales cycle from prospecting, vetting potential clients, presenting/demoing products, and closing the deal

- Uncapped commission with accelerators, paid out monthly. Actual OTE is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

- This role is designed with a built‑in progression. You come in as a District Manager, but we don’t expect you to perform at full quota immediately.
