LocationWe are building a hands‑on team that works closely together day‑to‑day, including collaborating with founders, working in shared spaces, and spending time in the field with kitchens, restaurants, and partners.
The RoleWe’re hiring a founding sales leader to build and scale Food Web’s customer acquisition engine. You’ll be responsible for creating repeatable sales systems, generating revenue, and leading customer acquisition efforts across Kitchen Share and Tippo. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies
- Build and manage sales pipelines and CRM systems
- Conduct customer discovery and sales conversations
- Create repeatable sales processes and playbooks
- Close partnerships, pilot customers, and enterprise opportunities
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve conversion and retention
We’re looking for a hands‑on builder who is excited to help shape an early‑stage company from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments and wants to play a major role in driving Food Web’s growth.
Must-Haves- Genuine passion for food and local food economies
- Strong sales and business development experience
- Proven ability to build pipelines and close deals
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and relationship building
- Experience with CRMs and sales systems
- Willingness to work closely with the founding team
- Startup experience
- Experience in hospitality, food, or SaaS sales
- Experience building and managing sales teams
- Partnership and channel sales experience

Keegan Francis (CTO) — product, software development, and technical systems.
Jenna Oosterholt (CEO, Tippo) — restaurant owner, operator, and founder of Tippo.
This is a founding‑stage role with meaningful equity participation rather than a traditional salary at the outset. Compensation includes meaningful equity upside, milestone‑based vesting, a pathway to co‑founder status for the right fit, and future salary as revenue and investment milestones are achieved.
