FCT seeks a Business Development Manager to cultivate new and existing relationships in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will bring at least eight years of legal or commercial real estate experience and be adept at aggressive sales strategies. You will identify business trends, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to the sales team's success through collaboration and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry audiences
• Conduct SWOT analysis for market awareness
• Participate in sales meetings and company training sessions
• Share competitor insights with the sales team
• Collaborate with teammates to create business opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience
• Post-secondary degree in Legal, Business, or related field
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage client relationships
• Willingness to obtain necessary provincial licensing
