As a Customer Experience Representative , you’ll engage directly with customers to provide helpful, friendly solutions. Every day is an opportunity to make someone’s experience better while developing valuable skills that will help you grow professionally.
In this role, you will:
Connect with customers in residential campaigns to understand their needs and offer solutions.
Explain TELUS products and promotions clearly and professionally.
Deliver a positive, customer‑focused experience through genuine, friendly communication.
Collaborate with your team to meet goals and support one another’s success.
Participate in coaching and training sessions to continue developing your skills.
What We're Looking for:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
Experience or interest in sales, marketing, or customer engagement .
Basic organizational and project management skills.
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset (but not required).
Previous sales or marketing experience is considered an advantage.
