This role is crucial for Ivo’s rapidly growing SMB segment. You will partner with a Customer Success Manager to create engagement playbooks and execute proactive outreach initiatives. Your impact will be felt from day one as you drive adoption and expansion within your accounts with innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own revenue targets through upsells and renewals
• Collaborate with CSM on webinars and outreach campaigns
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts
• Build relationships through consultative discovery
• Lead procurement and contract execution processes
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in SaaS account management or sales
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas
• Strong consultative discovery and demo skills
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities
• High integrity with entrepreneurial experience
