Sales Assistant for Senior Living

Elevate sales support at Covenant Living as a Sales Assistant, focusing on senior living communities. Engage with prospective residents and assist the sales team with essential marketing tasks.

This clerical and supportive role reports to the community sales director and interacts respectfully with residents and families. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing inquiries, entering data into CRM software, and coordinating marketing events. You will also assist with tours of residential and assisted living facilities as well as prepare orientation materials for new residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all visitors to the sales office warmly

• Answer calls, record messages, and provide information

• Organize tours for prospective residents and families

• Coordinate marketing events and manage invitations

• Prepare orientation packets for new residents

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• One year of experience in an office or sales setting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Interest in senior care and customer service
