Financial Sales Representative

As a Financial Sales Representative
, you will support customers helping them understand their options, complete applications, and receive the right level of service throughout their journey.

• Manage outbound calls and follow‑ups to new and existing applicants via telephone and email
• Accurately submit and process loan applications into the underwriting system
• Identify opportunities to offer additional valuable products and services
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to customers responding to a variety of inquiries
• Comply with outlined policies and procedures, including privacy protection and AML requirements, when servicing customers and performing account maintenance
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to support business unit priorities and continuous improvement
• Achieve and maintain monthly sales targets and performance expectations

• Sales experience over the phone in a contact center environment is considered an asset
• Working knowledge of loans and financial service products is desirable
• Strong communication, interpersonal and active listening skills
• Ability to clearly explain information and confidently position products and services
• Self‑motivated, high energy and target driven
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly performance targets and KPIs

• Monday to Friday
  : 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
• Saturday
  : 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
• Sunday
  : 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

We are offering $18.10 - $20.00/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
