As a Pre Sales Engineer at Cincom, you will leverage your technical skills to support the sales process and advise customers. This role requires a solid understanding of Customer Communications Management and a collaborative spirit in executing successful sales strategies. You will work alongside sales and marketing teams, participate in industry events, and demonstrate product capabilities through presentations and demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the technical point of contact during the sales cycle
• Design and manage evaluations and Proof-of-Concepts
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Support sales negotiations and compliance investigations
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
Requirements:
• 2+ years in CCM implementation across sectors
• 2+ years in sales engineering or pre-sales roles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of document management practices
• Proven record of successful sales cycle support
