This position, reporting to the Sales and Service Manager, emphasizes engagement with customers in the Hard Goods sections, including Simulators and Club Repair. You'll require strong communication skills to build customer relationships and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals. Your dedication to merchandise presentation will enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster relationships with customers through exceptional service

• Assist with fittings, ensuring product knowledge is demonstrated

• Maintain merchandise at premiere stock levels for sales

• Support front-end operations including exchanges and promotions

• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of all equipment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Preferred experience in retail or customer service

• Excellent communication and organization abilities

• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency

• Physical capability to lift items and stand for extended periods
