Elevate your sales career with IQVIA as a Contract Sales Specialist on a 6-month project. Utilize your customer service skills to successfully promote service contracts.
This project position seeks candidates with at least two years of inside sales or customer service experience. You'll be responsible for establishing new business opportunities through proactive email and outbound phone strategies. A strong understanding of service contracts and the ability to foster client relationships will be essential for your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Introduce service menu contracts to existing clients
• Generate new sales opportunities via calls and emails
• Focus on biomedical departments for service introductions
• Identify decision makers to close service contract sales
• Follow up to gather client feedback on proposals
Requirements:
• AA/BS/BA or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years in sales, customer service, or telemarketing
• Strong background in service contract sales preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage time effectively
