Our client is seeking a  Senior Territory Manager, Endoscopy  to join their commercial team in Atlantic Canada. This field-based role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and providing exceptional clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional who thrives in a clinical environment, builds strong customer relationships, and is passionate about delivering value to healthcare providers.
The successful candidate will be based in Atlantic Canada, with preference given to candidates located in  Halifax, NS  or  Moncton, NB.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Promote and demonstrate the company's portfolio of endoscopy products and solutions to healthcare professionals.
Provide in-service education, clinical training, and technical support to physicians, nurses, and hospital staff during procedures as required.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, hospital leadership, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and successful product implementation.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and activity reports through the CRM system.
Represent the organization at industry meetings, conferences, and educational events.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or another technical sales environment.
Experience selling into hospitals or working with healthcare professionals is considered a strong asset.
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Strong business acumen with experience developing and executing territory strategies.
Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate technical and clinical information.
Excellent relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout Atlantic Canada.
