In this position, you will be involved in sales floor management, data-driven decision-making, and team development, all while promoting a culture of accountability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and motivate sales team to exceed targets

• Manage inventory and execute effective sales strategies

• Analyze data using PBS, vAuto, and Excel

• Mentor team members for improved customer engagement

• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and leadership teams

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of automotive sales management experience

• Strong understanding of performance metrics

• Experience with vAuto and PBS is an asset

• Excellent communication skills for coaching

• Valid driver's license required
