  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to deliver tailored solutions and improve patient outcomes.
  • Integrate product, clinical, and competitive knowledge into meaningful customer conversations to differentiate GSK products and inspire customer action.
  • Use data and insights to inform decision‑making and optimize territory activities and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Effectively manage territory resources and budget, leveraging the right channels, tools, and internal and external resources to maximize customer impact.

  • 3+ years of customer‑facing field sales or territory management experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related commercial environments.
  • Demonstrated initiative and self‑motivation, with a business‑owner mindset and the ability to proactively identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a field‑based role while collaborating effectively across teams and building strong relationships to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Experience leveraging data analysis and business insights to optimize territory performance and inform strategic decision‑making.

  • Strong ability to interpret and communicate scientific research and clinical data in a compelling and compliant manner to support customer, patient, and business needs.
  • Knowledge of/previous experience in the Halifax healthcare landscape.

This position requires the employee to drive routinely on company business and allows for the provision of a company‑leased vehicle. However, to be eligible for this position and a company vehicle, GSK will need to obtain acceptable results from a license verification inquiry and drivers abstract review against its safe driver program…
