Account Lead

• Compensation: CAD 100,000 - CAD 130,000 - yearly

To seek out, find and develop trusted, profitable relationships with existing and new clients.

• Find new clients and potential sales.
• Nurturing deep and broad client relationships to create more stakeholder influence, and act as the main point of contact within the account.
• Cultivating and qualifying new opportunities while identifying the most appropriate sales strategies.
• Updating and maintaining sales pipeline data/forecast within CRM.
• Providing accurate client data, sale details and other sale related information (i.e. site, packages sold, contacts).
• Understanding the competitive landscape and assessing potential threats.
• Understanding and positioning ET Group's value proposition to meet client needs.
• Establishing margins and negotiating contracts within the team.
• Team lead for RFP execution and response.
• Communicating and prioritizing needs for the client, connecting and engaging to other ETG team members as required.
• Participate in internal, partner and vendor trainings to stay up to date on the latest technology solutions.

• 4-6 years in account management, client success, or customer engagement — B2B preferred
• Proven record of retaining and growing a client portfolio
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
• Comfortable owning revenue targets up (sell, cross-sell, renewal)
• Understanding of AV or technology solutions considered an asset

Further Details:

• Annual salary range: 100-130k CAD per year.
• Ability to obtain required security clearances and confidentiality agreements.
