In this multifaceted role, you will focus on membership growth while ensuring satisfaction through exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
• Promote the YMCA's inclusive and welcoming culture
• Manage member engagement and retention strategies
• Facilitate community outreach and promotional activities
• Provide coaching to membership staff for success
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in sales or membership services
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Ability to obtain necessary criminal checks
