Research Data Coordinator at Maritime Heart Center

Reporting to the Principal Investigator, the Research Data Management Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating data for various clinical studies. This position requires strong analytical skills and independent work within a multidisciplinary team, providing key support to Cardiologists and Surgeons. Familiarity with REDCap and data management in healthcare settings is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop processes to track clinical timelines

• Communicate with project teams to resolve data issues

• Conduct data audits and run quality checks

• Maintain confidentiality of patient information

• Prepare documentation for site payments

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Certification as a Clinical Research Professional is advantageous

• Proficient in MS Excel and data entry

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
