We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician who enjoys hands-on tasks every day. This role supports various retirement community locations and offers the chance to make a direct impact on residents' quality of life. Problem-solving skills and a background in general maintenance are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute general maintenance and minor, non-certified repairs

• Act on maintenance requests respectfully and professionally

• Fix and maintain doors, locks, and appliances

• Complete minor drywall repairs and painting tasks

• Assist in suite turnover with necessary repairs

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in maintenance or handyman work

• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge

• Physically capable of lifting and proactive maintenance tasks

• Valid driver’s license with a good record

• Strong communication skills when working with residents
