Job Overview

What You’ll Do

Play a key role in the customer experience by repairing or replacing windshields with skill and care using industry-leading tools.

Perform recalibrations of the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) front camera.

Consistently meet or exceed Speedy Glass® technical standards in the installation of vehicle glass while ensuring company quality procedures are followed.

Adhere to Belron® International technical standards and work procedures for door, window and windshield repair and replacement.

Ensure proper tool maintenance and strictly adhere to company Health and Safety procedures.

Track and work within company productivity targets.

Represent customer interests by providing feedback and keeping customers informed of work progress.

Identify opportunities to increase sales of add‑on products and further develop business opportunities.

Display professional conduct, strong attention to detail, and foster genuine relationships with customers and team members.

What You’ll Need – Your Profile

Eager and motivated to learn.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, if needed.

Valid Class 5 or Class G license (Class 7 Novice, or G2 not considered full driver’s license).

Ability to drive company vehicle to complete tasks independently at client sites.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Direct experience in automotive glass repair and replacement is an asset.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Results‑oriented team player able to multitask.

Good problem‑solving and communication skills.

Availability for flexible schedule.

Willingness to work at different Belron Canada locations near your home.
