HVAC Installation Technician

POSITION  Are you a skilled HVAC professional? Join PMC Energy as an HVAC Installation Technician, where you’ll participate and mentor installation teams, oversee projects, and work directly on challenging, complex HVAC systems.
Pay: CA $30.00 – CA $50.00 per hour
What You’ll Do   Support HVAC installation teams on commercial and multi-unit residential projects.
Perform and oversee installations including boilers, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, rooftop units, and more.
Mentor and coach apprentices and installers.
Enforce a safety-first culture with zero compromises.
Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Act as a professional point of contact for clients and contractors.
What We’re Looking For   4th Block/Journeyman/Red Seal HVAC/R (or equivalent) with proven installation experienc
Prior supervisory or leadership experience in the trades.
Strong troubleshooting and technical expertise (VRF/VRV experience is an asset).
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Nova Scotia.
