Painter

Job Summary  We are a small, locally run painting business that has been operating for over 6 years, and we are looking to add another painter to our team for the busy summer season, with potential for longer-term work.
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Painter to assist with residential and commercial painting projects. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of painting experience, works well independently and with a team, and takes pride in providing high-quality work.
Customer service experience is preferred but not required. Having a vehicle is also preferred, but not mandatory.
Duties   Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment when needed
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Communicate professionally with team members and clients
Follow all safety procedures on job sites
Requirements   Minimum 1 year of painting experience
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Customer service experience is considered an asset
Vehicle preferred but not required
