Position: Full-Time Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with 3-5 years of relevant experience. You'll engage in general maintenance, ensure repairs are handled efficiently, and perform tasks in drywalling and minor electrical and plumbing work. A strong commitment to professionalism and a friendly demeanor are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general maintenance and repairs for buildings

• Perform drywalling, minor electrical, and plumbing work

• Execute basic heat pump and HVAC repairs

• Complete other duties as assigned

• Maintain a professional and friendly conduct

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years maintenance experience

• Own vehicle and tools required

• Training in Fall Arrest and/or WHMIS is an asset

• Relevant experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical

• Class 5 Licence and current criminal record check needed
