We are seeking a skilled Fibre Optic Splicer Technician for a permanent position s role encompasses all aspects of fibre splicing, including preparation, termination, and troubleshooting. eligible candidates will enjoy travel across provinces with company-supported accommodation and per diem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Splice both aerial and buried fibre optic cables
• Test and troubleshoot Fibre Optic networks effectively
• Document completed work comprehensively
• Keep accurate project and safety records
• Clearly label all work completed
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of live circuit experience
• Valid Class DZ/Class 3 driver's license
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Experience with fibre optic testing tools preferred
