The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of carpentry, including framing, foundations, floors, doors/windows, finishing and renovations.

* Key Responsibilities:

* • Perform carpentry work such as framing, foundations, floors, doors/windows, finishing and renovations.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Assist with other labour tasks as required.
** Requirements:*
* • Previous experience in carpentry (framing, foundation work, flooring, and window installation).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a variety of environments.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Leadership and teamwork skills are an asset—we encourage candidates with supervisory experience or the ability to take initiative on job sites.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
