Expert Automatic Door Technician

Join Flynn Canada’s growing Automatics and Glazing Service Team as an experienced Automatic Door Technician in Halifax. You'll handle installations and repairs for a range of automatic and manual systems.

We are seeking a skilled technician with over three years of experience in installing automatic doors and access systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and be comfortable working independently in various environments. AAADM certification is highly preferred to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair automatic and manual door systems

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical system issues

• Provide excellent customer service on-site

• Perform maintenance and emergency repairs as needed

• Test and ensure safe operation of door systems

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in relevant fields

• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift equipment

• Ability to work in active job-site environments

• AAADM certification preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills
