Position: Field Service Technician 4

As a Field Service Technician 4, you will deliver expert support and maintenance for mobile x-ray systems. Your diagnostic skills will shine as you assist junior technicians while also providing training and insights to clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair mobile x-ray units at customer sites

• Provide effective troubleshooting and problem resolution

• Install equipment and train customers on usage

• Liaise with customers for quality feedback

• Complete service reports and required documentation

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Electronics or related field

• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred

• Bilingual in English and French

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs frequently
