Position: Experienced Riggers Needed

Matrix HR is seeking skilled Riggers located in or near Halifax. Candidates must have completed Rigger Training and demonstrate experience in industrial rigging, preferably in shipbuilding. You will be part of a safety-focused team that upholds the highest standards in a clean, regulated facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attach loads securely using proper rigging techniques

• Select and inspect rigging equipment based on load specifications

• Maneuver suspended loads while avoiding obstacles

• Direct workers in hoisting operations with clear communication

• Commit to maintaining a safe work environment

Requirements:

• Completion of Rigger Training courses

• Proven rigging experience in industrial settings

• Knowledge of rigging equipment and safety protocols

• Comfortable with heights and handling physical tasks

• Eligible to work in Canada
