Position: Full-Time Carpenter
Platinum Framing Ltd. is seeking an experienced Carpenter in Halifax, NS. This full-time role focuses on construction tasks including building frameworks and overseeing site operations.

As a Carpenter with Platinum Framing Ltd., you’ll work on-site with a team, managing various construction projects. Your expertise in reading blueprints and skilled execution of carpentry techniques are essential. The job entails working outdoors at heights, so strong safety awareness is necessary along with effective communication skills and the ability to supervise others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and sketches to determine requirements

• Prepare layouts in line with building codes

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials efficiently

• Build and install frameworks and structures on site

• Maintain and renovate various wooden structures

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate required

• 1-2 years of carpentry experience

• Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols

• Ability to supervise and coordinate work with teams

• Physical stamina for outdoor work at heights
