Lead Car Wash Technician - HalifaxWe’re hiring a Lead Car Wash Technician for an on-site role supporting one of Atlantic Canada’s largest and fastest-growing independent car wash brands. Our client focuses on delivering clean, efficient, and reliable car wash experiences.
This role is responsible for keeping equipment running smoothly across multiple locations, performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and supporting junior technicians.

Perform repairs and troubleshooting on car wash equipment across multiple sitesMaintain pumps, compressors, solenoids, injectors, electrical breakers, and water pressure systemsFollow preventative maintenance schedules weekly/monthly/annuallyConduct routine equipment inspections and prioritize repairs to reduce downtimeAssist with installation of new equipment and upgradesWork with external contractors when requiredSupport and mentor junior techniciansWhat We’re Looking For
Must have a Class 5 License with a clear driver's abstractMinimum 3-5 years of experience in complex car wash maintenance and repair is essential, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systemsPrevious experience as an electrician, plumber, or millwright is an assetKnowledge of pumps, compressors, solenoids, injectors, electric breakers, airline valves fluids, waterflow, and pressureStrong communication, team-focused attitude with exceptional problem-solving skillsFlexible to travel to locations across Halifax Regional MunicipalityOur team is eager to connect with candidates who meet the job requirements.
