Lead Car Wash Technician - Halifax
We’re hiring a Lead Car Wash Technician for an on-site role supporting one of Atlantic Canada’s largest and fastest-growing independent car wash brands. Our client focuses on delivering clean, efficient, and reliable car wash experiences.

This role is responsible for keeping equipment running smoothly across multiple locations, performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and supporting junior technicians.

What You’ll Do

Perform repairs and troubleshooting on car wash equipment across multiple sites

Maintain pumps, compressors, solenoids, injectors, electrical breakers, and water pressure systems

Follow preventative maintenance schedules weekly/monthly/annually

Conduct routine equipment inspections and prioritize repairs to reduce downtime

Assist with installation of new equipment and upgrades

Work with external contractors when required

Support and mentor junior technicians

What We’re Looking For

Must have a Class 5 License with a clear driver's abstract

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in complex car wash maintenance and repair is essential, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

Previous experience as an electrician, plumber, or millwright is an asset

Knowledge of pumps, compressors, solenoids, injectors, electric breakers, airline valves fluids, waterflow, and pressure

Strong communication, team-focused attitude with exceptional problem-solving skills

Flexible to travel to locations across Halifax Regional Municipality
